She is a graduate of Bachelor’s of Science in Commerce at Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan, majoring both Marketing (1992) and Management (1993). Consistent dean’s lister/ honor’s list and received the award as Best Thesis In Feasibility Study in 1992.
She started practicing her marketing skills at a very young age in their family owned business (Prime Construction Supply Inc.), was trained by her father- a Chinese businessman from the early 80’s to 2002, to manage their company. Due to her desire in Marketing and Salesmanship, she joined her husband’s real estate business and become the best in her field. She was then awarded as Top Salesperson Of The Year by Arce Real Estate Agency in 2009.
At present, she’s the Branch Marketing Manager of Arce Real Estate Agency, specializing in marketing house and lot packages under 11 major subdivisions/ developers and 8 condominiums in Cagayan de Oro City.
