Once we received all the details we will post the property for FREE. requisites for a free website posting is that the listing broker/agent has to have a signed exclusive agency agreement with the property owner/lessor. Should the property owner decide for a non-exclusive agency agreement, the website (www.realestatecagayan.com) will charge property owners a minimal advertisement fee for a duration of at least 6 months.

SUBMISSION OF LISTING GUIDE:
  1. Posting of Property on our website is FREE.
  2. Property to be posted must be within the bounds of Cagayan de Oro City territorial jurisdiction.
  3. All property owners/listing holders should submit photocopy on the following documents:
    • Title
    • Tax Declaration
    • Sketch Plan
    • 10 Digital pictures of the property
  4.  All property to be posted must be titled, free from all liens and encumbrances. Properties can be posted upon validation of the above mentioned requirements.
  5. All agents/brokers who will submit listing to our website must be duly licensed real estate practitioners.Must submit an updated DTI/PRC-certification and DTI/PRC-IDs for reference.
  6. All agents/brokers/property owners must submit exclusive listings supported by an updated exclusive authority to negotiate sale/rent contract.All listing submitted should have a minimum commission of at least first month's rent based on the contracted lease per month.
