Ram is an active member of the "CHIVARIA-YACAPIN-LIM" clan. He graduated from Kong Hua High school batch 1983. He then took his college degree from PMMA (Philippine Merchant Marine Academy). Previously working as Chief Engineer under a European tanker vessel working overseas. Being an overseas worker himself, he understands the importance of investing his money and the real estate industry proved to be a lucrative venture. Every time he visits back to the Philippines, he spends most of his time scouting for desirable properties and develops it for lease or for land banking.
